The Robocup Junior Dance Competition UK National Champions 2005

We are a team of girls from Amberfield school in Suffolk
who are Participating in the Robofesta Robocup Competition 2005
                                                                   

We are taking part in the Robotic Junior Dance contest, and have written this website as part of the design project for the competition. The contest also involves designing, building and programming any number of robots to dance to a piece of music. Our team, The FLYING HEROES , have made 2 robots, and programmed them to dance to the song: 'Holding Out For a Hero', which features in the recent film, Shrek 2. We have choreographed our own dance routine to dance with the robots, and have designed costumes and masks to dance in. We also made a poster presentation to display the work that we have done for the competition; designed our own logo, and wrote this website to tell others about what we have done.
